I ordered delivery through a third party app so I can't speak to the atmosphere/their delivery service, BUT I came here after my first bite of the gyro rice bowl. So GOOD! Its the best parts of a gyro without the mess! I also got some onion rings which are massive! And when I saw the funnel cake bites, I couldn't resist. Delicious with the raspberry sauce. Pizza that tastes like pizza should. A burst of freakin' deliciousness! I don't know what's in the sauce, or what seasonings are on my pizza but let me tell you, it explodes the flavor when you take a bite! We also tried the Mambo Wings one day. I really like the crust on the pizza and that it has a hint of sweetness. Salads are nice. I appreciate the fact that the owners support local schools and youth organizations. When I have needed pizza for a non-profit event, SM has always given the most pizza for the cost. Their pizzas are much larger than other competitors with similar prices. More...

This is probably one of the best places in Frederick. Everything they sell is delicious and I mean EVERYTHING. My coworkers and I order this probably once per week and then I get it on my own time probably every weekend since nothing else compares. Everyone is always polite and the food is always fresh. I would love to give starvin Marvin’s a 5 Star across the board. They deliver quickly and they always get my order right. They are my go to delivery place . Also their chicken Caesar salad is to die for. Their missing star comes from their customer service. I received a pizza that all of the cheese had stuck to the top of the box. Not a problem. Stuff happens. I called to explain to them how I got my pizza and they assumed I had been lying. They put me through multiple people and accused me of complaining before, when I haven’t, and just ultimately making me feel really stupid on the phone. When I did not want any compensation I just wanted to let them know how their pizzas are being delivered. Last time I accidentally put in the wrong address on grub hub. I call to change it immediately. The women who answers the phone just didn’t seem to get the simple concept of changing my address. Saying “what?!” Instead I’d excuse me or just being polite and just was rude. Point blank period. I have still consistently ordered from there and their food is awesome. Just wish they treated me like the loyal customer I am and not make me nervous to give them a call about my order. More...

I usually get a sub for lunch and love them all; I tried a pizza today: pepperoni, sausage, bacon, meatball, black olive, onion, and mushroom finished with garlic and oregano. WOW-what a great pie.

My family and I love your frozen pepperoni pizza and buy it very often. This crust is fantastic. It's different than most other pizzas, but it's our favorite by far, as is the rest of the pizza. For anyone cooking it at home and wanting a soft crust here's what I do: I let the pizza thaw while still in the box & packaging for around an hour, preheat oven to 340 degrees (on oven dial), then cook pizza on the top rack using a metal pizza pan for 18 minutes, and then put pizza back in the box on top of the cardboard circle (close box) for around 10-15 minutes before cutting it. Honestly I don't know how it's possible that we had never heard of this place before Grub Hub was a thing but we LOVE it! The orders are always right on and if there's ever any confusion, they'll actually call for clarification, unlike most others who'll just wing it & ; send out... something. The food is fresh, hot & DEELISH. We've never been disappointed with a thing. From subs to salads to snacks. All yummy. Their delivery guys are awesome-always expressing appreciation for a nice tip. Man, I miss me some Starvin' Marvin's! Whenever I'm back in Maryland, stopping by for a steak and cheese is a MUST. (And I'll admit that I once had someone bring me one when she was visiting Nashville, where I now live -- they're THAT good. ) The owners and staff are always friendly and the food is always on POINT. While it may take awhile sometimes, and the toppings aren't always perfect, I will always love Starvin Marvins. They are good at what they do! Part of the time delay is usually because they are so popular they have a hard time keeping up. My only complaint is charging $1.00 for a tiny cup of ranch - that's a joke.
