What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
There are several keys to keeping a party dancing all night long. 1. Knowing your music from classic oldies to the newest songs out there. 2. Know your crowd. Size them up, and deliver the goods. play for them, not for yourself. 3. Don't force things. Don't play the best songs right away.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I am a chameleon. Because of my vast knowledge of music, I can play to any crowd.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of exceeding my client's expectations. There is nothing greater than knowing you gave your client's the time of their life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always loved music and dancing. In college, I had a couple of friends that were DJing and I thought to myself that I could do a better job than they were doing. Almost 30 years later, we are still going strong while they stopped long ago.
