I would recommend stand in catering to anyone, the food is a taste sensation, with full flavours in every mouthful. The evening is a fantastic experience from the expertise of the chef producing food to the waiting on by the friendly staff.
The host Petra was a star, she made us feel relaxed and welcome.

Roasted crown of pigeon, pea puree, confit egg yolk, wild garlic emultion.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By understanding customer requirmemts and managing expectations.
What do you love most about your job?
Freedom to create and customer satisfaction.
Creativity is so important in catering, you need to be visual, flavoursome and in some instances technical in order to please tough customers and this ultimately leads to happy clients which in turn satisfys us as caterers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to manage your own time is important and you cant do that working for someone else.
