Having dealt with Richard since 2008 on my first commercial let, we arranged a second one under the same company without any issues whatsoever. We are on our third and currently in a modern business unit in Ashford that Richard negotiated for us. Although the landlord was ultimately his client, at no point did we feel left out and he worked hard to get the deal done to suit both us. We went on to purchase the unit and in my 20+ years of dealing with property, Richard and the team excel any other company that I have ever come across and we always, and only, recommend their services. Stafford Perkins are to happy string you along, misleading you for 6 months with wrong information which costs you time and money. This is a prime, example of what is wrong within our society, companies who have no morals and ethics. They also forget the following:

False representation; Untrue or misleading; Dishonestly; Gain or loss; Failure ... a money transfer by deception).
