The worst customer service ever! Bought a couch, $950 with the "warranty" and not even 2 years later the head rest is peeling. Called and was told I had a 5 year warranty, then was told I was told wrong and it was only a year. So the person answeing the phone is telling customers the complete wrong information. Ok....After months, I mean almost 6 months of going back and forth with with a customer service rep that was supposed to order the head rest so the tech could come replace it, I had to call the store manager. Store manager was rude and had an attitude with me, I finally had him call my husband because I seriously could not deal with him. Now after starting this process last August the tech is supposed to be here today to fix it and I pay $150. Seriously... the commercial with the older guy saying shopping at stacys, your family???.. Yeah that is so not the case. I wouldn't spend another dollar at stacys even if they paid me to. Go somewhere else if you want furniture. Calling corporate today in inform them on their Allen store and how inconsiderate and rude their people were to me.

Our experience with Stacy was absolutely great! We came to browse, and they let us - which is unlike most furniture stores where they follow you around, ask too many questions, don't let you look on your own. We loved that. Art helped us out and we thought we found what we wanted, but it was lunch time and we actually left, ate, and came back and guess who was still there to help us make every decision we needed? Art! He was great. Super knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and we loved the experience. We just had our sectional delivered today and it is fantastic. The delivery guys were great as well. We'd recommend Stacy for sure!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They can't keep track of the money you already spent OR your order. I placed an order for a table and chairs with confirmation that it would arrive at my home on the 7th, because we're having a family reunion at my house on the 11th. The order came in and only the table came in...NO CHAIRS!!!!!! I call them, and they said "oopse we made a mistake the chairs won't come in till the 17th." Mistake??? They take all my money, trick me into ordering something from them and just LIE! They knew all along that the chairs wouldn't be delivered in time! But just to make the sale she lied to my face!!!!!! Please save your money, your time and your dignity and do NOT order from here! It's been a nightmare since day 1.

We had a tremendous experience at Stacy's Furniture. Our sales professional, Glinda McDuffie, was absolutely outstanding. The store looked good, had excellent selection, and Glinda made the selection, ordering, and purchasing process easy and fun. She helped to guide us with our choices throughout the shopping experience, making us aware of different options to enhance the look we were trying to achieve, and when the furniture was delivered, it looked better than we had anticipated. We are very satisfied customers of Stacy's Furniture thanks in large part to the efforts of Glinda McDuffie. Well done.

My experiences start about 6 mos. ago when I was looking for a chair. The salesman only had an interest in selling us a higher priced chair. He even said that their "store brand" was lower quality, that takes too long and we wouldn't be interested in it.

Fast forward several months and I reached out to the store for a specific piece of furniture. The same sales guy answered the phone and said they don't carry it. When I pressed him, he said they would have to order it and probably couldn't get it. End of call.

I sent an email to the main office, thinking they would care. They had someone named Jason contact me. He apologized and asked what I needed. I emailed him the specifics on April 10...and haven't heard back from him.

I guess the moral is, if you can afford to overpay for furniture they will do what they can for you. Anyone else can pound sand.

Absolutely horrible. Spent $4k on mattress and it was not at all comfortable. When we asked about returning there were restocking fees over 20% where I basically couldn't return. All the other companies stand behind. Do NOT buy mattresses from them! Even dealt with one of the owners.
Ordered headboard and told 4 weeks. It has now been almost 12 weeks and now mid December delivery.
