I had such a wonderful experience in the short time I was there for my eyebrow threading session with Stacy. Now let me start off by saying I am extremely picky with who I let touch my eye brows. I've lived in Jacksonville for almost 2 years and every time I've needed my brows done I just wait it out until I go back to NY and see my brow lady there. I became desperate with how long I've waited to have them done, and I was long over due, especially since I have my husbands Marine Corps ball this weekend. I'm so happy and relieved to find someone who really knows how to shape and do brows beautifully! Stacy took her time, was extremely pleasant and precessional. Honestly, my brows are the nicest I've seen them in years. I'm happy to finally have a place here in Jacksonville I can trust! Now I just have to find time to have my hair done by these ladies! I went to have my hair dyed a full color today, but after looking at the different options I felt uncertain about that choice. Jessica and Stacy were both extremely patient with me, told me to take my time and look online for ideas, and they answered the countless questions I had. I ended up getting a balayage, because that is what the picture I found and loved had. Jessica did an amazing job on my hair and I couldn't have experienced anything better. I only had negative experiences with coloring services at OTHER salons prior to this visit. I will continue to book appointments with Jessica to touch up my hair and any other hair needs. I have never colored my hair, and I was VERY nervous! Going to Stacy & Co inc. was the best decision I could have made. They were friendly, kind, and most importantly honest. Stacy! I love love love what you did for my hair. The Brazilian Blowout was the greatest investment I ever made! It cut my blow dry time about %80 and it stayed straight with no frizz. It is super smooth and silky and shines! I have gotten so many complements on it. Ladies if you want great service and smooth amazing hair go to Stacy and co and get the Brazilian blowout! I came in to see Jessica for a massive color correction, I wanted to go back to a natural, sandy blonde from my box dyed medium brunette. I went elsewhere in Swansboro, and my hair was bleached 2x and looked like 1990's Kelly Clarkson/Christina Aguilera...1-inch wide alternating chunks of bleach blonde/yellow and then medium brunette needless to say it was a hot mess. I came to Jessica and she exceeded every expectation I had. I was so nervous from the previous experience, but Jessica and the other girls took so much time to consult with me and amongst themselves for the best fix before ever even touching my head. Then Jessica walked me through every step once she got started. It was such an amazing experience and I am astounded at the end-result, I can't even believe my hair was so ugly and near-dead when I went in to see her. She made not only the color absolutely gorgeous, but my hair feels alive & moisturized again (which I thought would be impossible after all the bleaching). So this way my first time using Stacy and Co. for cut and color and y'all I AM IN LOVE!!!! This salon and spa is so cute and personal. I was able to hold a conversation with all of the hair stylists and they were all so easy-going, and easy to talk to. I didn't feel awkward, or timid and it was so wonderful. Y’all, I can’t recommend this salon nearly enough! I LOVE this salon and everyone in it. I’ve never had a bad experience and they exceed expectations every time. Not only are they a talented bunch, but they’re some of the warmest, sweetest people I’ve encountered. It feels like hanging out with friends at every visit. I have used them for hair cuts, to waxing and threading, to facials and hairdo/makeup application. They do not disappoint. They’re accommodating and professional. And just on a personal note, they worked with me when my husband’s return from deployment date moved and even helped me find a house cleaner that day because the one I originally booked couldn’t do it. I had such an awesome experience with Lindsey yesterday! I went in for a cut and foils, I showed her what I wanted and she made it happen. I went in on a time crunch, I voiced it and Lindsey had me in and out in perfect time.

Lindsay did the most amazing job, I was educated on hair and given honest feedback, I’m so glad she didn’t color my hair in the shape it was in when I walked in there, she encouraged me to make a pretty big chop (which I needed terribly) and although I wasn’t sure, it turned out so beautiful and my hair feels 1000 times better! !
I love that they’re all so honest and they all work as a team.
Such a great business, the atmosphere made me feel right at home.
Will definitely be returning.

I would definitely recommend this salon! I had an appointment with Lindsey on 3/15/18. I went in for a full foil hi/low light with peek a boo fashion colors and a cut. She did awesome! She was polite, very attentive to what I wanted, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The salon is clean and organized nicely. The staff help each other and are professional. When you walk in you can instantly feel a family vibe with a warming atmosphere. I loved my Stacy & Co. Experience, they discussed my hair options with me and decided that the stylist that I was booked with may not be the best for me(I have very thick hair), I have never had a salon offer me such good advice and do what was right for ME and my hair. Stacy and Jessica spent so much time making sure my hair was just the way I wanted.
Sadly there was a family emergency and they were short one stylist but they managed to give each one of us personalized service and she never seemed to be rushed.The all stylist spoke to the clients and included us in the conversations unlike most salons in this area where I have felt uncomfortable while they whispered and spoke but never included the clients in the conversation. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair, everyone wants to know who did my hair however, I'm afraid that by telling them Stacy & Co. cut my hair that I might be unable to get an appointment. WOW WOW WOW I had a great experience at Stacy&Co. After years of searching I have found a salon that checks off every box! My hair is extremely thick and I can never get anyone to cut it how I want. I had a long consultant with Jessica she recommended to Stacy would be the best stylist for me, what a concept doing what is right for the customer. The time Stacy spent making my hair perfect is unheard of in this area, they also lost a stylist due to a family emergency which made it more impressive that everyone in the salon was getting personalized service. The atmosphere was great unlike most salons in the area where they whisper and don't include clients in the conversations this is a very uncomfortable situation, not at Stacy's!The compliments on my hair are overwhelming, I have everyone asking where I got it done and I'm hesitant to tell everyone because I want to be able to get an appointment! ABSOLUTELY love this salon!! All of their staff is amazing. If you need a good salon that's dependable and prices that are affordable this is the salon for you. If you wanna stop by just to say hi and have time to waste they're are so friendly. Jessica does my hair, my daughters and my sons and we've never had anything but great service. She even went out of her way to come in on her day off to do my daughters up do/make up for homecoming at no extra charge. Staff was friendly and willing to help. I went for a pedicure & eyebrow wax. I was a little worried as the woman who did mine was not a nail tech nor an esthetician, she was a hair stylist who was helping out after their nail tech had left she said. Impressed in EVERY WAY! I was desperately looking for a salon that would be willing to highlight my hair that day since the lady that was supposed to do it at another salon didnt feel she could do what I was asking (highlights) and I was leaving the next day for a business trip. Not only did the owner of Stacy & Co fit me in but for the first time someone actually did my hair exactly the way I asked for. I was even watching the stylist next to me and the hair she did on her client was equally gorgeous. It is the most updated salon I have seen in this area. Its beautiful inside! Back to my hair.... As a working military wife, new mom and transplant from another town, I usually just get my hair trimmed at a chain salon for "cheap". But I this time around, I figured I would treat myself and look up real salon and get an actual hair style. Found this place on Google and decided to give it a whirl. I am so glad I did. The decor and front desk area is warm and welcoming. I was treated kindly by the front desk staff and was quickly introduced to my stylist, Sara. She hooked me up with a relaxing shampoo, cut, and style. It looked awesome and I was thrilled with the results. Sara was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. I then received a spa pedicure -- turned out beautiful and I had a great time chatting with Shelly (I believe that's her name) -- she rocked. Super sweet and cool. After doing some searching, and new to the area I decided to try out Stacey and Co. And I am SO GLAD I DID! I went in there asking for a what I assume tricky hair style and fairly new to the public. I seen the hair style on Facebook and looked up the style a little more. I didn't find many pictures or videos associated with this style, but luckily I walked into a room full of master hairstylest that had actually studied this (so they keep up with trends). Margo was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff and I walked out with EXACTLY what I wanted. She took her time and was even excited herself about her new creation.
