• As part of the mid-senior management team reporting directly to the Vice President Of Finance and provide insightful decision support. Streamlined the UK operations and rolled out to other five entities also, overseen the filling of 2015 accounts with HMRC. • Transformed the management reports with various scenarios to challenge the numbers, including KPI, patient and sales units. • Involved in costing, pricing, rebates and ensuring stock control. Abreast with complex VAT, sales recognition for international transactions. • Responsibilities included timely preparation of consolidated financial statements, month end journal entries, bank reconciliations, working with bankers, developing and monitoring budgets and third party reports, monitoring cash flow, payroll and VAT. . • Coordinated with logistics partners and PWC in implementing proper controls and procedures with 3PL partners for invoicing, distribution and collection. • Implemented the controls and procedure, and worked within USGAAP, IFRS and contributed in documenting for SOX audit. • FP & A, analysis to detect patterns and abnormalities to help in forecasting and Budgets. • Overseeing Start up work in some countries and dealing with accountings firms in those countries.

Investigated a £200k variance in the purchase ledger which was successfully identified and resolved within a day. This helped the BT to sell the subsidiary on time for the right price. • Appointed to prepare month, year-end reporting (GFRs) and verifying the reconciliation done by service providers to the Group. • Contributed to the team to successfully migrate to a higher version of Oracle. • Overseeing all finance activities within a diverse international group of companies operating in Europe and rest of the world. • A successful handshake in outsourcing the work. • Training and advising accountants in accounting concepts of Group format and daily issues. • Drafted Sarbanes-Oxley reports.
