This is a great company if you want a pure basic web page that is very limited with the basic lifetime deal. You will have 1/10 the editing ability as with any other web hoster. BUT you will be on the web between 7-10 business days. otherwise you can pay by the month and have roughly the same editing as with other companies. The programming is limited after emailing a tech there. Tried to have daily scheduling for vacation rental and it was out of the realm of program ability on their part. I have no idea how to connect shopify or paypal to the account. Take it for what its worth. You do not get any support that does not include emails or 24 to 48hr wait times. Worst customer service you can get. They falsely advertise discounts and commissions but don't give either! You can email them and they will say they will give you the discount and commission but after 100 days they denied the commission and gave only a partial discount I'm not saying they are liars but they did promise $75 discount and a $50 commission and thus far have only received $50 (not confirmed) On top of that their own web site sucks! Don’t ever make a mistake like us and deal with this company, they are trying to make you sign up with them and afterwards you will get the worse service ever. Their customer service is poor also when we signed up for one of their packages, we were told that we get the domain for life, however, when we decided to leave them due to extremely poor service and communication, they refused to give us the domain although we paid for it ! They scheduled me for delivery of my website on 02/25/2022 at 12pm. I logged in 11:57 am I waited until 12:50pm and no host showed up. I am trying to get my refund and not able to. I initially thought ueni would meet my e-commerce needs but I have quickly found it is Terrible when it comes to running an online store. I would have Never settled on them had I known sooner. If you have limited quantities of a particular product, you cannot specify the number amount you have on hand. It is either In Stock or Out of Stock! For someone who hand makes everything this lack of options for smaller stock is beyond trifling on the ueni end. You can not use a processing/POS system with it either. Paid $149 for a website and got a template….I submitted all the information they needed and even gave them other websites to reference how is like the website to look. Ha…the “live” site they sent was a COMPLETE JOKE! It has a horrible picture as a theme and NO INFORMATION IN THE WEBSITE!!! Nothing! They claim to do your site in 3 days. I waited almost two weeks. They claim to give you 2 days to add info so they can include it in your website. I only got 8 hours. So I got stuck with uploading my entire gallery plus the art canvas sizes myself. They claim you can transfer your domain but they don’t tell you they cannot transfer a wix domain. So my $149 is gonna turn into $400 to transfer my domain. For that I could’ve stayed with Wix which gave me a much prettier site. house cleaning, we are happy to bring our own supplies, but if you would rather us use your own then that is your choice.
Larger equipment eg: hoovers mops brushes etc to be the clients .
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my work is the word HELPING. As this is what where good and passionate about. Helping others is what we are about, so if you need that bit of support , let us take the weight off your shoulders !! we are happy to help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for other companies and homes, I decide I would like to work for myself. So decided to do become a house cleaner in the community. which I enjoy. I will only employ reliable vetted staff. I like being my own boss and am organised hard worker. Putting 100% into my work.
