I had my first class with Stacey yesterday, a two hour yin workshop which was pure magic. Yin for me is something I struggle with, but guided by Stacey's calming, reassuring voice I was able to lose myself in the practice, even relaxing into some of the hip openers which are my nemesis. I literally wanted to give her a round of applause at the end. My mind was able to relax, my ego was put to bed, and I felt held and supported in a way I've never felt before in a yoga class. On Thursday evening, I attended my first yoga class with Stacey. It was amazing! I was practicing "wonky" yoga. It is obvious that I have a long way to go in terms of both balance and flexibility. I managed to control my breathing, as instructed by Stacey, for almost all of the session, but my body was all over the place. I was sweating a lot and every muscle was feeling the strain. Strangely, when Stacey came across and altered my posture so that my hips opened up, the strain lessened. Sadly, the relief was only temporary. I could've done with her personal guidance on every sngle pose, but there wew about a dozen other people in the room demanding the same attention. The most exciting aspect of having so much room for improvement is that, believing that I can do it, I just know that I will notice my progress every week. I can't wait for the next session! More...

I work with clients to understand their motivations, their lifestyle and their habits to identify small changes that will make a big difference. I apply the science of exercise to the realities of life, whilst also guiding clients to change their relationships with their bodies.

Learn to listen to the most amazing asset you will ever have (that's your body, by the way!!)

Watching clients blossom... seeing them grow in confidence, positivity and strength

To reach more people and spend my days doing something I believe in.
