Stabilize Fitness provides workouts that are very well versed. Not only are they great working with a busy and ever changing schedule, but workouts are catered for the results that you want. Stabilize Fitness workouts are tough but head trainer Jerel keeps them interesting and explains how everything works together perfectly so that you forget about the effort and only focus on how great you feel afterward. Jerel is a master of his craft. His workouts are rigorous and he has a vast knowledge of fitness and the mechanics of the human body. I strongly recommend seeing Jerel for an evaluation.  He will take the time to understand your goals and get to know you so he can craft the perfect program that will work in all ways.  He then makes adjustments along the way to ensure that everything stays on course with your needs.I highly recommend Stabilize Fitness if you are serious and committed to achieving your goals. Stabilize Fitness places an emphasis on Functional Training (exercises that mimic everyday movements). As we get older, our bodies naturally lose muscle, mobility, and flexibility, which in turn can impair the ability to live life to its fullest potential. Functional Training improves livelihood & longevity by focusing on strengthening everyday movements rather than simply building just muscles mass. Functional Training incorporates exercises that involves utilizing multiple joint actions and muscles which mimics everyday movements. Instead of a movement that flexes only your elbows, for example, a functional exercise might incorporate the elbows, shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and ankles. As a result, the benefits can also include better balance, stability, & coordination.

Our Personal Trainers can meet you wherever is the most convenient location for you. The locations including but not limited to can be your home, apartment, or at one of our private gyms. A busy schedule whether from work or taking care of your children shouldn't inhibit you from enjoying a healthy life. Two to Three hours of exercise a week can immediately restore your energy levels tremendously as well as improve your overall productivity.
