I’ve had the pleasure seeing Sophie in action! She knows just how to push her clients to get the best possible results. But even more important is her heart of gold!
You can tell that she cares for the people she’s working with and is passionate about helping them hit their goals.
Over the course of the last couple Months she has shared a wealth of knowledge not only about working out but nutrition as well. I am forever grateful the we are a part of each other’s lives!

I’ve seen Sophia grow from a young talented girl with a shit ton of haters to a grown, mature individual. I’ve gotten the privilege to see her conquer so many obstacles, once fears of hers, since high school. If you didn’t rate this page 5 stars you’re a damn fool. I still don’t know nobody my age who’s accomplished more. This is just one of the thousands of reasons she’s my best friend. I only hang with those hungry to succeed.
