I contacted SRG contracts for external roof repairs. John Jnr arranged to visit the following day. A thorough assessment of the work required was carried out and cost agreed. The work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Workers were very professional and worked efficiently throughout. All rubbish and materials were cleaned away at the end of the job. John arranged to return after the first couple of weeks to check everything was ok. He arranged a visit again just after the first year, to check there were no problems with the work that had been carried out. I was so impressed with the standard of work that I also got him to carry out additional unplanned work. Posted my requirements on Bark Web Site and was contacted approx 1 hour later by a Mr J Johnstone, from SRG Contracts, enquiring what work I required doing. This was explained over the phone, and arrangements were made for the next day to carry out the required work.The Old Unit was removed, and a new unit installed. All work was carried out to a high standard and area was left in a clean tidy condition.Can recommend this company, they are good at this type of work, and will keep them in mind for any future requirements I may have. I sought five quotes to put up Upvc on the roofline of my house roof. They were by some way the most competitive quote. They came and discussed the details of the job including the time it would take. They gave a date, turned up and completed the job within the timescale. Very disappointed with this company.Hired them to fix leaking roof in bedroom. Was charged over eight hundred pounds. First time it rained. roof was still leaking. Phoned Mr Johnston who assured me he would be out to fix it. He did not come and is now not answering his phone. He did not give a receipt. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. DON'T USE SRG CONTRACTS -
I'll never higher SRG and Nor recommend. Left Asbestos on my drive way which is still there, Garage started leaking next day (though on their invoice it shows 15 year guarantee) and they damaged shelves whilst working in garage.
Plenty of calls, text, emails and letter- false promises and pretend to be different person on phone. And now not replying calls and text.
Initially apologizing and promised to complete but it's been 2 months now and no response from past 2 weeks. I've details of all calls, text, emails and letter sent via recorded delivery.
Sent them a reminder and will be taking them to the court for damages, false representation and compensation.
