Unreliable. Would not recommend. Booked a service with Squeaky Neat (8 Dec), received confirmation via WhatsApp before an email confirmation was sent. Also received an email the day before as a reminder for the appointment- so I assumed all was in order. Up until this point, I received nothing but timely and efficient service. On the day of the appointment (20 Dec), no one pitched up. I tried to contact them repeatedly but all devices were switched off. Their social media states that they are on break (which is completely understandable- it is the festive season) but I had enquired about closing dates before making a booking only to have the company confirm they were available. If they did decide, after booking the appointment, that they would close early, I would expect a courtesy text/ email/message to notify me that the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. I had scheduled a lot of things around this appointment and to be let down on the day with zero correspondence is so disappointing. Would definitely not recommend this service. More...

If you're looking for an affordable studio with proffesional gear and amazing service, this is the right place for you. The place offeres few space options, and the one we got was great, with lots of natural light and access to amenities like fully equipped kitchen, makeup table, washrooms and a coffee bar. As we arrived the staff welcomed us with freshly baked bread and jam as well as a selection of hot and cold beverages. Theres a loading zone and reserved parking at the back of the studio. Album studios is a top studio in Toronto. We were fortunate to have our editorial fashion photoshoot with them and were 100% happy we did. They were hands on with helping us from start to finish, and were literally a step away whenever we had any questions. The space was beautiful and was spacious enough for our large team of 25 people to comfortably work during the long shoot. The heated floors and natural lighting of the studio really helped keep the moods up and the studio managers consistantly checked in throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
