We recently held our engagement party at BIG PLANS on a Saturday night. Dario and Tass were fantastic to deal with, and we managed to deal with all the details before even doing a site visit. The venue itself is great, plenty of room for 150-200+ people, very cool warehouse vibe. Both owners were also on site the whole night so we could adjust lights/music/projections etc and were very helpful in all aspects of the night which was very helpful. Incredibly valuable resource and 10/10 service from the team. As first home builders designing a custom home or even off the plan it can be hard to know what to look out for on a plan and how it translates to reality. When we walked in the team had our plan projected in full scale and furniture in rooms to give us a real feel for the space. They allowed us to walk through and take it all in before prompting us to think about certain areas and ultimately this discussion lead us to make changes to our plan that we are now 110% happy with. There was a perfect balance between suggestions for improvement and allowing us to reach the right conclusions for our home. We were able break our purchased time slot into two and came back to ensure the changes made for a home we would love for years to come.
