I am Sabrina and my goal is to help people like you stay active, be it through personal training, group training or sports massage.
I will work with you to help you build a stronger, healthier body. I will help you address your muscular imbalances (be it through corrective exercise or massage), develop functional strength, ensuring you are working out in a safe and effective manner.
I have worked with clients who had done little to no exercise in the past. After just 4 weeks, cardio respiratory system, flexibility, strength had all improved,. Those who complained of joint pain before starting their exercise journey reported they felt 100% better.
Exercising has nothing to do with being sporty. Exercise can help improve your posture and in turn help your body function better, enabling you to do what you enjoy for longer. Massage along side exercise can help your body to function better and reduce your risk of injury.
I provide personal training either in your home or garden/or in a local park. Training begins with a consultation where we will discuss your goals and training history. I listen to what your requirements are, observe your ability, and design a fun, effective, engaging programme personal to you.
I provide a mobile massage service meaning I bring everything needed to your home. massage couch, towels, lotion and music. I am sports massage/deep tissue therapy qualified so I can help you really work out those ares of tension.
I started the 6 week running course with Sabrina at the beginning of May. At the start, I struggled to run for one minute without stopping because I was short of breath. However, with a lot of encouragement and perseverance I completed the 5k run this evening without stopping Sabrina combines her 6 week training course with a sessions of circuit training to improve strength, flexibility and stamina with running and walking twice a week. Highly recommend SQ Active. I’ve really benefitted from the highly personalised workout plans. Supplementing the workouts with periodic deep tissue massages have significantly reduced all those niggles I had been developing as a result of a far too sedentary lifestyle. The result is I feel more flexible and the discomfort from overly tight muscles etc are barely noticeable nowadays.
