I am Sabrina and my goal is to help people like you stay active, be it through personal training, group training or sports massage.

I will work with you to help you build a stronger, healthier body. I will help you address your muscular imbalances (be it through corrective exercise or massage), develop functional strength, ensuring you are working out in a safe and effective manner.

I started the 6 week running course with Sabrina at the beginning of May. At the start, I struggled to run for one minute without stopping because I was short of breath. However, with a lot of encouragement and perseverance I completed the 5k run this evening without stopping Sabrina combines her 6 week training course with a sessions of circuit training to improve strength, flexibility and stamina with running and walking twice a week. I feel healthier and will try and continue running now that the course is over If you want to go from couch to 5k I would highly recommend Sabrina at SA Active. More...

Highly recommend SQ Active. I’ve really benefitted from the highly personalised workout plans. Supplementing the workouts with periodic deep tissue massages have significantly reduced all those niggles I had been developing as a result of a far too sedentary lifestyle. The result is I feel more flexible and the discomfort from overly tight muscles etc are barely noticeable nowadays. My PT sessions are focused on developing my core but it has all helped with my general cardio fitness too as running for longer is now also proving easier. More...

Sabrina's personal training sessions have allowed me to achieve doing exercises that I previously thought I could never do! The sessions are fun and varied which keeps me engaged but also means I want to work hard at each exercise. My attitude towards working out has changed since I met Sabrina and I look forward to our sessions as she motivates me, cares and offers great advice about my health and fitness well-being. Q&A

During your initial consultation, we discuss what you would like to achieve and set your health and fitness goals. Your programme is progressive and designed to help you achieve or exceed your goals. If clients only choose one 121 session, they will be required to work out on their own in order to keep progressing. Home work will be provided based on exercises they are already doing.

Knowing exactly what you want to achieve, having a clear plan to follow, being determined and hard work.
If you don't put in the work, don't expect to see the results. A great body doesn't happen on its own.

Helping people feel good about their health and their bodies. I've worked with clients who've suffered with knee pain for years, it's great to hear them talk about what they've tackled as a result of being pain free after just a few sessions of working with me. Helping people overcome their challenges and discover what they are physically capable of is very rewarding.

Having always exercised in some form or another it has played a large role in my life. I want to help others find the same enjoyment in physical activity. There is so much information available it can become quite confusing, I love helping people distil the info by homing in on what it is they want to achieve and delivering training that is specific to them.

I ensure your programme is specific to your needs. I also focus on your movement identifying imbalances that may cause you problems later on. I listen to what you want and build sessions based on what you enjoy. Training should be an enjoyable process, no two sessions are the same. No time for boredom, just results.
