As a past digital agency owner in Manchester, I understand the value of keeping an agency true to its values and core expertise over time. I would like to stay anonymous, but I visited Sputnik Digital and met with the director for a chat a while ago. He was very polite and a pleasure to talk to. However, while I was waiting, I couldn't help but overhear an employee be very disrespectful to his peers. For me, this made me very uncomfortable and awkward. I kept professional and left after we had finished.One particular employee seemed to get joy out of being disrespectful which almost made me get up and leave on the spot. Absolutely not acceptable in a work place, or anywhere for that matter.Im not sure if this is a regular occurrence or a one off but it was enough for me to reach a decision about Sputnik Digital. I wish the director all the best because he was very accommodating but this experience really ruined it for me. More...
