Alana and Craig have taken care of our Big Bear cabin cleaning needs and general maintenance for 2 years now. They are very friendly and responsive to our requests, scheduling and needs. Many of our guests leave positive written comments and 5-star ratings about how 'sparkling clean' the cabin is. Alana & Craig do not let inclement weather get in their way: you can count on them to take care of the cabin no matter what the weather or road conditions. We like because there are two of them (and they have a great partnership!), there is always ample coverage for cleaning, general handyman repair work, and ad hoc guest requests. They're good about using technology to communicate about scheduling cleanings and other items. And they know the Big Bear area very well! More...

Professional, thorough and a timely turnaround are some words I would describe Alana and Craig's work. My wife and I always marvel that it's like walking into a hotel when we enter into our Air B&B in Big Bear.  This duo works hard and takes pride in what they do. They have the mentality to treat your home like it's their own. Not only do they clean but can do maintenance as well. On top of all that, they are both great people and 100% trustworthy, responsive and responsible.
