How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Listening to the client speak about their goals, after assessing the client needs I design a program to their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I look at fitness as a three-legged stool (resistance training, cardio, and diet). You have to have realistic goals about your level of fitness. It's going to take hard work and dedication, coming into work on the days you don't won't work. Finding an eating regime that you can maintain and make sure you're getting the right amount of cardio.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my client reach their goals, there's no better feeling than having a client achieve something they may have thought was impossible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Outside of helping clients reach their full potential I love helping other trainers grow their business and reach their potential as well.
