* * * AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS* * * If you're looking for a return trip, they may just about get you to your destination but won't be there to pick you up. I'm currently in a dispute with them for a return trip they failed to arrive at even though payment was made 24hours beforehand when I had received the invoice. They claim they were there but I have photographic evidence that their vehicles were still parked at their forecourt. Spend your heard earnt money on another company which actually knows how a transportation business is supposed to be run! I will get my partial refund but it remains to be seen how long this company will try and long it out for. It seems they are not aware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so it's just a matter of time. If you have been through similar, raise the issue through the correct channel and then you will get the outcome in your favour for sure.
