We have only just discovered this wonderful restaurant in the last 6 months. We have been 4 times since and it is now one of our very favorite places! ! Four of us ate at the Springtown Inn on Friday night, and it was dinner-done-wonderfully, from the food to the service! Our server, Randi, warmly welcomed us and took good care to make sure that we had whatever we needed during our time there. The new executive chef, Merv, is a true professional with an abundance of talent for creating delicious cuisine! Some of the items that we ordered were the crab au gratin, pasta primavera, a sliced steak/salad special, ribs, and we shared desserts. Everything was spot-on, delicious, and beautifully presented! I can see that the chef truly cares about his art. The only suggestion I have is to make a reservation if you plan to have dinner on a weekend evening. More...

I have eaten here several times and enjoyed everything from salmon to one of the best steaks that I have ever tasted. The seafood pots are reasonable and delicious. It is also nice to enjoy dinner in a quieter setting. Even when busy, you can still converse in a normal tone. More...
