What do you love most about your job?
The sense of satisfaction when a customer says "that is amazing, we were expecting to replace that carpet, now it's like new again", or "that stain that had been there for ages, where has it gone"?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for different franchises over the years but always felt tied to their methods and products, which often were not the best options. I am now totally independent so can choose the best method and products for each particular job. As every job is different, different types of material/fibres, different applications, different soils/stains etc. each job requires a different approach to get the best results.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have many years experience in the industry, as we work to a BSI standard to keep our membership we have to undergo update training every three years. We are fully insured upto £5,000,000 and because we work for schools and nurseries we are fully CRB checked. We can offer several methods of cleaning to suit every situation from a lightly soiled spare room carpet to a heavily soiled (almost beyond refurbishing) commercial carpet in a pub, restaurant or office.
