Unprofessional, unreliable didn’t have a clue where to start cleaning she never bought any of cleaning products so she went out to buy cleaning products. Her vacuum didn’t work properly so they had to vacuum 3 times, arrived an hour late! She blamed one of her cleaners car broke down?? I had a terrible experience with this company! Don't understand why the nasty review, we worked at your house. You were very happy with our services and booked us again, as it shows in our record and messages. You wanted every other week. You booked for a normal cleaning service but you had a deep cleaning expectation, we did much more than we were paid for as we always do to best for our clients and spent longer than we were paid for. But you decided to write a nasty review because we decided not continuous anymore with the services as it was unreasonable to clean a house that need a lot work to do in 2 hours every other week. Just tp remove all the yellow from wall/tiles after long time accumulating fat from frying food, it would take us only there 3 hours. Hoover was never broken as it was new, Cleaner car wasn't broken as It was me that were cleaning your house, not mentioning the state of the house.... I think you are just unreasonable to write a review because we decided not carry on with cleaning your house.
