My organization has been working with SpokenHere for quite a few years now. We've thrown some very challenging e-learning translation projects their way, often with tight timelines, and we have always been satisfied with their work. Our most recent project, an entirely new suite of e-learning modules translated into Polish, was probably the biggest challenge to date, and they met the deadline, doing whatever was necessary to make it, including some long hours and lots of extra effort from everyone on the team. A lot of moving parts and a lot of things that had to be translated but were buried inside other files. SpokenHere did a good amount of up-front questioning, but it was quick and painless. Then they took in our files, did the work, and sent them back done. I had to think about the project maybe twice, and that was just to receive their status updates. They made it easy.Ironically, right in the middle of our project a major hurricane wiped out Houston, where SpokenHere is based. Despite that, they kept the work moving and kept us informed.In the end, I got just what I wanted: Good translation, and no hassle. All for what was a competitive price.
