Scott came out to a troublesome back door which we couldn't lock. He found what the problem was and fitted a new lock which he had on his van and now our backdoor locks just great. We were so impressed that my elderly dad was having trouble locking his door from the outside so we got Scott to check it out. He fitted a new barrel lock and realianged the door. Scott is reliable, honest and provided a brilliant service. He came out to have a look at my front door which had jammed and wouldn't open. The mechanism had broken and he was able to order a replacement one( the particular mechanism had been discontinued due to the age of the door). He drove to collect this and spent a couple of hours at the house. Scott fitted a new multipoint mechanism which is guaranteed for 12 months.
