Spire Cleaning cleaned our Head Office at Black Swan Care Group last week. James, the owner oversaw the work which included vacuuming, dusting and polishing. Our kitchen and toilets were also deep cleaned. Spire staff turned up on time and acted very professionally. What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and seeing the environments transformed. I (James) particularly enjoy Carpet Cleaning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'd been running large businesses at a senior management level for many years and thought the time was right to go it alone. The majority of my career was centred around supplying consumer services and sales. I always enjoyed interacting with and supporting the cleaning teams and was never afraid to get my hands dirty, in fact I rather enjoyed it. Katie worked the last few years in advertising and enjoys promoting our own business.

We try to set ourselves apart from the norm. Customer service and professionalism are the heart of everything we do. I'd personally contracted cleaners in over many years and experienced the good and the bad of the cleaning industry. We always look for any opportunity to deliver something that bit better.
