What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dishes are our Spice pasta, Jerk chicken tacos and Cajun pasta with Fried Lobster tail.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will give clients our menu and see what they like. We can definitely change anything on the menu, add something and custom it to their liking. We also will ask clients if they have any allergies and allergic to any foods.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing the smiles on our clients faces when they taste our food. A satisfied customer makes us very happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our initial goal for starting this business besides the love for cooking, is to introduce the city of Los Angeles to Caribbean Cuisine. We love seeing people try something new.
