Excellent food and service last night. Very personal touch to our evening. We were just passing and made more than welcome. Lamb was so tender, I chewed it with my tongue. Spices, ingredients, so fresh, smells in the restaurant are amazing. Everything fresh, not frozen, bread and all. Very cosy, super clean. Our waiter was a real gentleman. Been here quite a few times, the food is always great and the staff are really friendly! I would highly recommend the vegetable jalfrezi or the vegetable madras if you love your food extra hot

There are not many Indian restaurants in the area, which is why we are lucky that this one is so good.The menu is relatively large (compared to many Indian restaurants I've been to,) with a good selection of starters, mains and sides. The staff are welcoming and professional, and the food quality is superb. Some of the tastiest Indian food I have had.There will always be a trepidation before the bill arrives, as Indian food is never cheap, but we usually come in around 25-30 pounds a head when in a group, including a drink and gratuity. I'm never that sure about serious upmarket Indian restaurants, I'm fine with yer old place with flock wallpaper. This is obviously several cuts above, the food and service were excellent, I was less happy at the pricing but the portions were huge so I'll bear that in mind if I go again. Someone clearly spent a lot of money on the decor, but it's looking ready for a bit of a tart up.Still, I liked it, if I find myself in that area again I'll probably go there again. More...

My beautiful wife took me for a birthday dinner and it was excellent service polite efficient and helpful and the food presented well and bursting with flavour all set in very relaxed surroundings i can only highly recommend here

Great food, not the quickest service because everything is made freshly to order. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Curry, naan and a drink will be about £15-£20 per head, which is about par around the area. Worth a visit.
