Right from the first contact we found Greg to be very helpful and friendly. He kept us up to date with timings before his initial survey visit. When we agreed to go ahead, he gave us a date for installation, then rang again when he was able to fit us in a week early! Installation went very smoothly, both Greg and (sorry, can’t remember his name) his mate were cheerful, friendly and took plenty of time to explain how the unit works. Shame we didn’t go for the deluxe package which no doubt would’ve included some nice warm weather to fully test our air conditioning!

SPG were the only company I approach who gave me honest and accurate information. Most wanted to supply a simple 13A unit while I needed a larger 5kw unit with a separate supply. From the minute we made an enquiry to the time we signed off on the installation, SPG were at all times nothing less than absolutely professional. SPG installed two air conditioning units in my new house. There was no evidence of it internally other than two very smart units. It was a seamless experience from the first enquiry, to a consultation visit, to installation. Gregg is helpful and informative and it is their own business- they care. Good site survey dealing with noise & visual concerns of very near neighbours. Installation carried out efficiently in one day with care taken to minimise any damage/ dirt inside the house.
Both units( 1 bedroom + 1 in sunlounge) fitted carefully and demonstrated before leaving. The Panasonic units work well And are inaudible yet effective in "quiet mode". Can thoroughly recommend SPG. More...
