Katherine and John were extremely kind and welcoming from the moment my fiance and I walked in their door. We were looking to have custom wedding bands made to go with my fiance's engagement ring. We already had a vague design in mind, and Katherine helped us fine-tune that design into something we were both incredibly excited for. Katherine then informed us that she also offers an opportunity for people to come in to the store to help create their own custom jewelry! She offers very informative instruction and takes you step-by-step through the process. Now I get to tell our friends and family that I helped create my future wife's wedding bands! Each time I shop at Kuehn Sisters, I have such an enjoyable experience. Jessica and Harri are extremely knowledgeable, creative and so much fun. My fiance and I browsed for my engagement ring when we were back visiting Morgantown last August. He gave Jessica a budget and she picked out the most amazing diamond and setting. At all times you could say that I am a bull in a china shop, but especially when I walking into Kuehn Sisters. I have been a customer for years and they always make me feel at ease. They have completed many flawless repairs for our family, even taking the time to work with my 13 year old son to repair an old watch. I took in my engagement ring, that had been purchased about 11 years earlier at a chain store, for a missing baguette diamond. I had excellent service and communication about the replacement situation since it was an odd size diamond and very difficult to locate and took a little longer than expected. They repaired it on site and polished everything to make it look new for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and have, to my mother-in-law for ring sizing, which they did in one day for her 50th anniversary party.
