The team at Spectrum One did a great job. We replaced our carpets with beautiful laminate floors, took down the wallpaper that was throughout most of the house and replaced drywall where needed along with texture and paint. They did a custom tile shower for us in our master and tile floors in both bathrooms. I had an excellent experience with Spectrum. They were professional, courteous, timely, and delivered quality work. The work entailed stripping to the studs and rebuilding a bathroom in a 1943 era home. The design and business team, lead by Dennis was easy to deal with. They built for us a beautiful wood vanity. They were not the lowest bid we received, but they stuck to the initial contract with a few minor changes that added some cost.Slavik, the gentleman (and i mean gentleman) who did the main work was pleasant to have in the house. He cleaned up each day and did high quality work, including building and installing some new shelving.I have always hated dealing with contractors. This was a new and positive experience. These guys are real pros! My company moved into a new office which we remodeled in just a few months. The only challenge we faced was the flooring. The cheap green commercial carpet completely ruined our sleek modern interior design. I was astonished when I tried hiring three different flooring companies and was told that they are either too busy for a $12K project or are not qualified enough for a job like that. I could not believe that it's so difficult to find a good flooring specialist! I saw an ad for Spectrum One, Inc. and called them for a free estimate. To be honest, I did not expect much since the company appeared too big for a commercial remodeling. I was surprised when Paul, the owner, told me that they can easily do it. Spectrum One was top notch from beginning to end. I was searching for a General Contractor to do a couple projects for me and finally went to Home Advisors for some referrals. Spectrum One responded right away showing interest and I called and set up an appointment for a bid. They showed up on time, were friendly, and came back with a reasonably priced bid within a few days. After comparing them to other bids, I chose them for their professionalism and non-pushy sales approach. I was not disappointed. They showed up on time and finished way ahead of schedule. I needed plumbing, demolition, and drywall repairs with texturing. It all came out beautifully and their followup along with office staff is extremely PROFESSIONAL! So rare with most contracting companies. Even their paperwork (like contracts and invoices) are done like a top notch tech company. I highly recommend them. Overall a good experience. I had a pretty serious issue come up with a worker on the project, but Dennis made it right, which is what counts in the end. Spectrum One was the best choice I made! I had damage done to my home from a falling tree so I had an insurance claim. Spectrum One assigned me a public adjuster that dealt with my insurance company on my behalf, which in itself is a blessing! Their quality of work was outstanding! I had also made a few changes in the repair process and their team made sure I had change orders and knew EXACTLY what I was paying for the changes I was making and had an updated contract to me within 24 hours. The crew and staff were all very professional and friendly, I was actually sad to have my job ending! Paul (the owner), was especially pleasant to work with! He made sure I knew where we were at and any changes to the schedule since I had left out of town for 10 days. I hired Spectrum one to remodel my kitchen, paint the exterior and interior of my house, replace the flooring, outside landscaping and concrete work also they installed artificial turf in my backyard. Spectrum One recently finished remodeling my entire home, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations! The project included adding a sun room/garden room, completely remodeling and upgrading each bathroom and bedroom, kitchen, adding on to the garage, building a family room, and building a deck in the backyard. A friend of mine recommended this company to me, and me and my husband have absolutely no regrets. From the day we had an estimate, to the day of the last payment made to Spectrum One there was not a single complication. I am very excited to say I had a great experience with this company. Friendly, professional people. The project went exactly how I wanted it to go. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of work done on their home. I had a terrible problem with fungi inside and outside of my home. There was dry rot on the siding and trim, the plywood roof sheathing on the patio cover, the support beams suffered from fungi damage, a lot of my wood sash windows were affected by the fungi as well. I recently was seeking a contractor to complete a large concrete patio and landscaping project at my home. I was fortunate to select Spectrum One, Inc. to do the necessary work. My first impression was that they responded to my request immediately and after reviewing the scope of the work gave me a fair and reasonable bid. After accepting the bid, they were able to begin work the next day. This was done before I even heard back from the other contractors I contacted. I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction).
