We rung them on Friday afternoon having hit debris on the M4 which partially ripped off and mangled the sump guard on a Civic Type R. They told us to bring it straight in, sorted it and checked the underneath over, and wouldn't charge us. Felt even as a bodyshop we would have to leave a review for these guys. We work on a lot of prestige cars and also have a large customer base of Lotus owners. This led us to asking the guys for help on a particular colour.Possibly the most helpful company we have come across in decades, and for no gain other than to help another bodyshop out. Specialised Paintwork took on some corrective work caused by a genuine manufactures' repair center due to poor workmanship and skill. Aside this, I wanted a bespoke spoiler fitting to my rear hatch.Jamie on site was very professional and honest when it came to my car which I am very passionate about. I gave my car in on a Monday and was told it would take 5 days to complete.I collected the car on schedule and all I can say is that the quality of work is outstanding! Not only was this a quick turn around but the work had been carried out with attention to detail and care which the previous bodyshop lacked considerably.If you love your car and would like a no nonsense professional opinion with your interests in mind, then you can't go wrong with Specialised Paintwork!Thanks to the team! This is probably one of the easiest reviews I have had to write.The whole process of dealing with Specialised Paintwork has been simplicity itself: from the initial conversation and quote with Jame, to collecting my car (black Audi A3 TFSI) from the owner (apologies but did not get the name) last Saturday morning (5th May). Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none, plus most importantly, the quality of their workmanship! Also they appear to be very reasonably priced.When I first saw the high end and classic cars they deal with, I asked, "did they deal with ordinary cars"? No problem!I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Of course I hope not to have to use them again in a hurry, but if I ever had any bodywork problems with my car, they would be the first point of call.Well done! More...

Just called in on out way down to Cornwall. Were on the M4 when the rear air diffuser in our Subaru came loose. We came across these guys who were happy to help and would not accept any payment.
