What inspired you to start your own business?
Having used event hire companies in the past for various personal events, we found that prices can range dramatically between different event hire providers. At Special Touch Event Hire we wanted to create a company that is as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing and the services we offer. That's why on our website you will find all of our prices clearly displayed along with client testimonies and genuine images of our work.

Our chair covers can be a great way to really help transform your venue. Available in both black and white, each cover can be perfectly complimented with your choice of sash/bow. Our chair sashes are available in three types of material - Organza, Hessian or Hessian with lace detailing. Our sashes can be tied in a number of ways including - back of chair, side of chair, flip-over knot or bow.Our chair covers and sashes are delivered to your venue, set up and collected by us after your event.
LED Uplit Backdrop
Our LED Uplit Backdrop is available to hire in two sizes (3m x 3m with 2 uplights and 3m x 6m with 4 up-lights) and includes everything as seen including top swags. Perfect for setting a scene behind your top table, DJ stand, Buffet table or anywhere else, our uplit backdrop will add the essential finishing touch to your event and will leave your guests delighted.
Our Flower wall is the newest addition to our hire collection. Covered in high quality artificial Hydrangea flowers, our wall measures 6ft x 6ft. Hire as seen or why not add your own choice of flower colour scattered throughout. Our flower wall can also be extended to include side swags and star lights to make your event even more elegant.
Our Star Light Backdrop is available to hire in two sizes (3m x 3m and 3m x 6m) and includes everything as seen including top swags. Perfect for setting a scene behind your top table, DJ stand, Buffet table or anywhere else, our star light backdrop will add the essential finishing touch to your event and will leave your guests delighted.
Our flower arch is dressed in high quality artificial white blossom and stands at 7ft tall and 6ft wide. Our arch is free standing allowing it to be used inside as well as outside. Our arch not only has flowers on the front but also on the back and both side and can be further customised with a choice of flowers available in your colour choice
Our table centrepieces come in many different shapes, sizes and colours and can be dressed and tailored to your liking. We have fish bowls, hurricane vases, martini glasses, wine glasses and much more. All of our centrepieces can be dressed to your liking with lights, beads, flowers and much much more. Let your imagination run wild and then contact us to make it a reality.
Don't let your guests carry around your cards and gifts until they get to see you at your special event. Instead, let us set up our secure postbox and customize it with ribbons and a personalised notice card. Add balloons for a birthday celebration also. Our Floral Mirror Seating Plan can be dressed to your liking. completed with all of your guests names printed on high quality A5 card. Our floral mirror seating plan is large in size meaning there is no way your guests can miss seeing it. Our seating plan is extremely popular and we would advise you to check with us the availability of it for your event before booking with us
Keep the little ones entertained (and even those big ones) with our large sweet cart complete with everything you need including scoops, jars, Light up sign and sweet bags. Don't have the space available for a sweet cart? Let us dress your sweet table for you with everything you need as well as table cover and table swags. Whats even better is that you can choose to provide your own sweets or ask us about our available sweet packages.
