We were looking forward to hiring Ricki for the Full Wedding Planning Package as soon as we got engaged. She took us through the planning stages of choosing the vendors, negotiating with the venue about the catering choices and logistics, and laying out the floor plan and decor. Two days before the event, she came to our house and spent a considerable amount of time helping me organize all the decor items I had purchased, identifying where they belonged on her site plan, and loading them in her car. Special Event Genie is the best! We saw Ricki in action at a friend's wedding; when we saw how smoothly everything went, we knew she was the wedding planner for us.

Ricki helped us with all the planning; from our first meeting to the last minute detail, she was there for us. When our original wedding date was postponed by the pandemic, she worked with the venue and all the vendors so that we could pick up where we left off when restrictions were lifted.

She made sure our wedding was the special day we wanted. She asked questions, made suggestions, gave us the benefit of her expertise freely.
