Spartan Dynamic is co-owned an run by brother's Liam and Ryan who welcome and train clients with all abilities.

We have clients ranging from mums who want more energy, to professional boxers and Mixed Martial Artists who are preparing for fights and competitions.

Fabulous Personal Trainers! I couldn't rate them more highly!
Liam and Ryan are fabulous! They keep you motivated, give diet advice and recommendations of foods to eat and at what time. Give exercises to do at home too. I often challenge myself as I feel so motivated! They give you THE CAN DO ATTITUDE!!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

By listening to our clients specific needs, creating a 100% bespoke experience and following through with intelligent action.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Educate yourself on eating the correct nutrients and macronutrients your body requires.
It's not as simple as googling how many carbs do I need?
Each and everyone on of us have a metabolism that burns at different rates. The rate at which your metabolism burns is generally attributed to you work load, stress level's, training output and your past and current diet.
Your Personal Trainer will require this as an absolute minimum in order to efficiently and safely achieve your goals.

What do you love most about your job?

Sharing my knowledge with clients and seeing how happy they are with the end result!

What inspired you to start your own business?

My inspiration come from my passion to help people achieve their goals.
