Spartan Dynamic is Liverpool's premier Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning Centre.

Spartan Dynamic is co-owned an run by brother's Liam and Ryan who welcome and train clients with all abilities.

We have clients ranging from mums who want more energy, to professional boxers and Mixed Martial Artists who are preparing for fights and competitions.

After years of struggling with my weight, and hating gyms with a passion because they made me feel so uncomfortable. I found out about Spartan dynamic through Facebook. Best thing I have ever done. Liam and Ryan make you feel so comfortable, all the other clients are lovely. 16cm lost of my waist, skin and general health conditions improved, sleeping so much better and feeling more energetic, all within 4 weeks. It's not as simple as googling how many carbs do I need?

Each and everyone on of us have a metabolism that burns at different rates. The rate at which your metabolism burns is generally attributed to you work load, stress level's, training output and your past and current diet.

Your Personal Trainer will require this as an absolute minimum in order to efficiently and safely achieve your goals.
