Booked them and had confirmation over text/voicemail and a telephone conversation for their first clean date and time and they didn’t bother to show up or respond to my calls or voicemail. Highly recommend. Michelle comes when she says she will, every week, sometimes coming early to accomodate us. Sparkle & Shine have done two jobs for me recently. They cleaned our new house before we moved in and cleaned our old flat when we moved out.
Both properties were cleaned to a really great standard and they were able to come round and do the jobs in a couple of days.
I will defiantly use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Sparkle and Shine.

I would highly recommend sparkle and shine, We had Emma and Tracey help us at home through a difficult time in my pregnancy. They were lovely genuine people who were great with my children, bringing them sweets for keeping their rooms tidy.. Emma did a deep clean and got everything up to scratch for me I was always happy with the quality of work and Tracey did our ironing also I was just as happy with her work.
