My team approached Span Global Services with a complex requirement to connect with niche IT companies in Asia Pacific. Terrible quality of data and service during 2 months (10,000 list bought). List was re-evaluated by them 3 times but each time poor data:

1% actively replied and said they had never used the technology they were supposed to have used
