For saying I'm a girl who once hated exercise I can honestly say coming to Committed Fitness has completely changed how I feel! Anthony's support and encouragement keeps me going and I'm honestly so pleased I found him as I'm loving the weekly sessions and new things I'm being taught each week! I've been training with Anthony for about 5 years now. Started off as improving my general fitness and recovery for a shoulder injury. Over time that's changed to include strength, endurance and mobility training. He's helped me with my confidence to take on challenges and activities I wouldn't have thought I could do. I'd have never attempted a 5km run previously, but with encouragement, support and a plan to help me build on my progress each week, I did it. The same goes for strength training and other exercises; targets to work towards, advice on technique/form and alternatives should my pre-existing injuries cause issues, flexible plans to help me get the best out of every session. Overall I'm fitter, stronger, happier and more confident - in no small part due to Ant's patience and dedication to helping people improve. I'd happily recommend him and his business to people. I’ve been training with Anthony for 5 years now having struggled to stay focused and committed. Like many other gym goers my motivation after a few weeks would disappear, by training with Anthony it’s not only helped me to stay on track but also understand the benefits of exercising and different types of training programmes. I started training with Anthony following a lengthy lay off from any fitness and repeated lower back pain. Anthony has straight away noticed my weaknesses, my strengths, and built a training programme to aid me in getting back to full fitness. I’m a month in and absolutely loving it, the difference it has made to my sleep, my back pain and my general well being is unbelievable. I would recommend Anthony and Spalding Strength to anyone.
