I frst met this agency when looking to rent in St Albans, they were always polite and professional. I always thought I would use them if I were to ever be a landlord which did happen. They have been my managing my property for 11 years and always jump on maintenance issues for tenants. I have always found them helpful and friendly and have never had any issues with them. Unlike other agencies they don't insist in pushing the rent up on tenets every year either which is good for the tenant and I respect as a landlord. More...
