- Establish space
- Gain requirements from customer
- Contact local authorities for any planning required
- Design Space as per customer requests
- Quote for works and establish payment plan
- Make work area safe and create access to the space.
- Remove roofing materials and adjust height where required
- Apply structural materials, accommodating required roof lights
- Apply waterproofing materials and original roof tiles.
- Apply pipes and wires to cover all services in the space
- Apply insulating materials to floor, walls and now ceiling..
- Apply floor boards and and plaster boards where applicable
- Apply plaster, floor coverings and power and lighting
- Decorate to customer specifications
