Giving 1 star to cons like this fraudsters company is a lot based on my recent experience with Mark who has badly let us down by screwing up us.
We recently had issues with boiler due to E133 ERROR which he came first time and temporarily fixed the issue by installing one small part for which he had charged us nearly £200 on 11th Nov, he knew that water gathers in boiler and that has not been rectified which he never told us. On 1st Dec due to same error heating and hot water stopped completely. We off course contacted Mark as he had fixed for us.
He responded that he will get me booked by contacting Ash as he is very busy right now. I totally understand it is peak winter and they would be busy, i have no problem for it. But they need to have a courtesy to message us back and return our calls. We constantly called him and messaged him that we have young kids and elderly parents in the house, without heating and hot water it is impossible to survive.
Thereafter, he neither called us back nor replied to any of our messages which is absolutely unprofessional.
We again called Ash to check what is going on, when can you resolve it. Due to him off work, he cannot come but leave with me i will arrange something asap but he never bothered to resolve it. We messaged him the following day and also left voice message to Mark as he never answers the phone, but without any luck and as usual he never bothered to even courteous to respond to simple message or a short call back explain the situation and estimated time of resolution.

It is my humble request to all not use this company at all, especially if it is going to be handled by Mark then you will be screwed for sure and let you down. More...
