Today was my moms birthday and I suprised her with the Cozy Comfort package which included the mani , pedi & 50 min massage. From the moment we walked in we were greeted so kindly and offered tea of our choice. All of the staff there was so welcoming and nice. My goal was to make my mom feel like the queen she is and they did just that & more. They even surprised her with a little cake and sang happy birthday to her! I absolutely love Southwest Day Spa. I go there to get a deep tissue massage and there nothing more relaxing (for me) than 50 minutes deep tissue massage. I wish I could go there more often. Lucy is excellent and I always get great service here. Overall, the service is dependent on who your beautician is, but the whole place has a nice, welcoming feel, although the owner can sometimes be a little overly concerned about the cleanliness and has complained about dripping umbrellas in the past when it's been very wet out.
