Transferred from the worlds worst WordPress hosts (Fasthosts) and after a few days I can tell they are friendly, ENGLISH BASED support! They fix things very quickly, unlike the previously mentioned. One thing to note, they give you 1 email address which you can't use imap or pop to push to an email client without paying a very silly amount (for added email addresses to it costs a LOT - TOO MUCH). I'm nervous reading the other negative reviews. The system went down for WP sites during the night but was fixed quickly without prompting. The call was just 'blackholed' when I called support this morning at 8am (basically any option pressed just disconnected me, surely there is an option to pass to a recorded message as opposed to just deading the call and cutting me off). So there are a lot of positives but I remain cautious. I think long term I will need to move the service as paying the email hosting costs are just not reconcilable (£35 or £65 a year depending on the storage you take). First month is cheap but then it jumps to a price where you would expect more than 1 low storage email - I'd expect more storage and at least 3 email accounts for the 'soon-to-be' elevated price. After nearly 8 years with LCN, today I had my first call where I was not satisfied with their service. I host more than 25 websites with them, 30+ domains and when I asked for some help on how to restore a client site via the backup (which I pay for) I was told it would cost me £100. Something that would take their support team for a few minutes. So I guess I'll call my developer, ask him to plough thru the LCN notes, and then pay him to implement, which will be a third of the cost. Their free domain is a trap. They have taken my card information, charged GPB 1 to check card, but they never returned that GBP 1 back to my card, rejected my free domain, attempt to do fake payments using my card. I had to deactivate my credit card and reissue from bank because of this. They are pure scammers, they will never give you a free domain instead will save your credit card data and keep using that thinking their own. What a miserable scammers. LCN restored my faith in them. I recently left a negative review for LCN regarding the very poor customer support I received from them. However, after my partner spoke with Harri at length several days ago, everything has since been resolved. They are fake, I ordered a domain and they automatically added free one. I just completed the order using my own credit card. All informations I gave was accurate but they hold the domain registration. Later I came to understand that they hold many other domain registrations too, I don't know anybody success ever or not. SCAM ALERT, this company is the worst company I ever purchased from, they have fake offers, they make you pay then after they take the money from your card they tell you "Regrettably, your order was placed on hold during our anti-fraud verification process, and it did not meet the necessary criteria", they tell you that they will return your money up to 30 days, which is super lame, anyway I'm going to report Ofcom, I have proofs and everything, AGAIN I REGRET DOING PURCHASE FROM THIS LAME COMPANY.

I have been with LCN for many years and recently bought a restore service from them. I paid additionally for this service and the representative made it very clear that he checked with technical team and snap shots were still there to make it possible. I paid for the service and they sent me a link. When I signed into the link they erased all emails in that were already in my mailbox and notes connected to my email. I called back up for assistance and then their team leader said they now have found out that there are no snap shots left to be able to restore and unfortunately there is nothing they can do but refund the restore.
