Such a lovely Hotel. Me and my family had a great time in Portsmouth. The hotel was amazing and the room was spotless, cozy and charming. They offer free coffee and tea in the kitchen area, free limited parking and wifi. We cant wait to go back and enjoy another trip to Southsea. South Sea Rocks Hotel is an amazing hotel with excellent and friendly staff who put their customer's needs a priority. Apart from their spacious and well contained rooms for both families and indivuduals. South Sea Rocks Hotel has a TV lounge, library, spacious and well maintained shower and toilet facilities as well contained kitchen with tea facilities and a microwave, fridge and coffee and vending machine. South Sea offers a lot of places to visit such as the Pier, restaurants, museums to visit and enjoy the local scenery and most of this are a walking distance from South Sea Rocks Hotel. I can honestly say that this hotel is the only one I’ve ever stayed in that I would highly recommend. It’s spotless, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff are so accommodating. The manager Josh and his staff go above and beyond. It’s near enough to walk to all local amenities. And also far enough for a quiet nights rest. Josh....10/10. This is a fantastic little hotel, the staff were friendly, it's clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone. I've already booked again for the Rum and Reggae Festival in February... they do bunk rooms so my teenagers can have their own room with their mates and very affordable for them too. More...

Superb, clean family run hotel in an absolutely remarkable location with just a 2 minute walk to the beach with many local attractions local as well. We all felt very welcome and the children enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area. Rooms were really fab & very spacious. We actually stayed in the disabled friendly room & found this perfect for our son and his wheelchair, Also more space than most hotels that we have stayed in. The hotel is located less than 2 miles from Gunwharf Quays designer outlet and also less than 30 minute drive from paultons park & peppa pig world. Would definitely recommend this hotel, we have already booked to go back in a few weeks as looking forward to the warmer weather and days down the beach and pier. This beautifully refurbished, deceptively spacious guesthouse is wonderful. We booked 2 rooms which shared a clean lines minimalist style modern bathroom for our recent trip to Paultons Park - home of Peppa Pig World. For just £50 per room per night we got a double and a single bed in each room, a tv and Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is approximately a half hour drive from the park itself but it saved us over £200 in comparison to what the park hotels charge. We went exploring and found an amazing outlet centre with bowling and lots of restaurants just a 5 minute drive from the guesthouse - Gunwharf Quays. We will definitely return to Southsea Rocks Hotel, we have already booked for Cowes week. More...

I am someone that has worked in the travel industry overseas for over ten years and in UK travel retail for the past eight years, I consider myself someone who can give an honest and objective view of hotels.
I can honestly say after one night staying at the Southsea Rocks hotel I am very very impressed. The staff are so helpful, the style and design of the place is very modern, the location great and overall its one of the best hotels / BB I've been in. We had two rooms both were really spacious and even though the bathroom facilities are shared, they are also kept exceptionally clean and there are plenty to ensure you can easily access them.
I would recommend this place and if I was to visit the area again I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you South Sea Rocks :)

What a diamond of a place! Brand new and probably in the top 3 nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Just kidding. I’d say *the* nicest. The staff were lovely as can be, the lounge is stunning, the rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and the beds are actually really comfortable!!
