I have had the need to use the professional services of SouthPark Physical Therapy several times. Each time the results have been fabulous. The particular physical problem is professionally addressed and corrected. The staff, led by Amy Lehman, is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would give SouthPark Physical Therapy my highest recommendation. More...

I just wish I had met these folks when I was 4 years old. I've been going to SPPT for about 6 years, and my husband has joined me. Friends tell me I have great posture but more importantly is that I get good correction for body mechanics for the sports I love to do. I met SPPT because after back surgery I was afraid to exercise and re injure myself. The staff has been wonderful and I look forward to the Pilates class I go to now. More...

I’m so excited to be writing this review and not getting dizzy! Prior to visiting Southpark Physical Therapy this week, I couldn’t even attempt this for almost an entire week!

Last week, and right before embarking on a cross country flight, I suddenly fell ill for no apparent reason. I woke up feeling like I had the flu; dizzy, unbalanced, nausea and a lack of appetite. All I did was get out of bed and then bamm! It felt like a truck hit me. But there was no fever, coughing or sneezing. What the heck? So I did the normal thing and laid on the couch all day hoping to recover. Long story short, I felt somewhat improved the next day and flew to Atlanta for a family reunion. Hence, that did not go well. Stupid move on my part actually. Never felt better than 50% normal, fighting and dealing with the same symptoms all week.

So I did what most people do. I searched the Internet and YouTube In an attempt to find a cause for what I was experiencing. After four miserable days I finally bumped into somebody who said “Oh, you must have vertigo. Really? And what the heck is “vertigo”? I was back on YouTube and the Internet to find out what was causing my debilitating condition.

And yes, I felt much better about what I thought was causing my illness as it affects many. I then attempted to use the Epley Procedure to remedy my condition. Self- therapy helped somewhat but only enough to make the flight home bearable. No fun for me!

After arriving back in Denver and discussing this with a neighbor who had a similar experience a year ago, I was referred to Southpark Physical Therapy where Missy and Cara expedited my appointment to get me in same-day to attempt to solve my problem. After just 30 minutes with therapy-pro Jenn, I felt 75% better and couldn’t believe how simple the procedure was to get me back on track. After the second session, I felt like Superman again! If you think you are experiencing vertigo, I strongly urge you to visit Southpark Physical Therapy in the Littleton area and have the wonderful therapists there quickly resolve your issue and get you back to business!

As a professional, I lost almost a week of work because I could not focus and concentrate doing computer work or even keep my head up straight. And after these two very short therapy sessions I was like "brand new".! Thanks again Jenn, Missy and Cara at SPPT! Well done!

SouthPark Physical Therapy truly cares about its patients. The people that work there take the initiative to get to know you on a first-name basis and work diligently to make your experience exceptional. The Physical Therapists are knowledgeable on all facets of issues and they make sure to make you feel welcome, heard, and cared for abundantly. I've been to other PT's in the area, and SouthPark doesn't compare. Their fantastic customer service and individualized care is focused on your health and overall success. More...

I have had many physical therapists over the years but Amy Lehman, the owner of South Park Physical Therapy, is the absolute best. This has been my choice facility for the last 13 years. I have a relatively fragile body, as a smaller thin, ex-ballerina, and I often need modifications to the usual protocols for healing of injuries. Amy is fantastic and can think outside the box. And importantly, she has been commended by 2 different orthopedics I have worked with (for shoulder, spine, and hip injuries), as she seems to know when to call in the doctors for additional tests, and asks the right questions when my healing is atypical. South Park PT is also the most beautiful facility I have ever seen for PT, and includes a full array of Pilates Reformers and exercise equipment that is used both for rehab patients and people who want to stay in shape with Pilates classes. They also offer other integrative therapies, though I haven't tried them, so can not review that aspect of the business. More...

At SouthPark I feel like I am getting all of the therapist's attention the whole time. They talk to me as I'm doing the exercises they prescribe, always watching that I'm doing them correctly, explaining how it helps me recover, answering my questions and encouraging me. They continuously ask about my pain level as I exercise, pushing me but monitoring my pain level so I don't go too far. I highly recommend them! More...

Erin at Southpark PT is helping me with my lower back pain. After initial evaluation, she provides therapy based on my progress. She also provides guidance to other services available here if she thinks the service would be helpful for my healing. Not only is she well trained but she also has a very caring and compassionate demeanor. The staff is also very caring and nurturing. I would highly recommend SouthPark PT. More...
