My practice in South Portland, ME is now open. Accepting new clients from Portland area and beyond. I have almost 6 years experience helping children and families repair, restore and renew. I have been working with children and families as a clinician and a school counselor since 2013. I am currently working full-time as a school counselor in an elementary school in South Portland.

I specialize in children, adolescents, teens, adults and families. I work from a holisitic perspective. This philosophy of counseling emphasizes balance in all areas of your life, including mental, physical, social, emotional, and vocational.

I offer early evening appointments starting at 3:45 Monday through Thursday. I also offer sliding fee scale for those who need it. I am currently only accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, however, I also offer a sliding scale. I am considered out of network and offer a bill for your insurance so you can seek reimbursement for counseling services if you should so choose.
