I have been a client since the practice first opened and all four of my Cavalier King Charles spaniels have been patients since then. Brodie and Reilly are the current patients and it says a lot that they are never nervous of going for visits and we really do feel part of the family. 5 stars is not enough! I will not entrust my Bulldog’s health with any other vet other than Southern Cross! Their team of vets are skilled at the highest level and their assistance staff are the most loving and patient people I have ever met. My dog is absolutely in love with the vet and this is only because they reciprocate the same love to him. Our dog was diagnosed with kidney failure a few weeks ago and this came as the biggest shock to us as she is only 11 months old. The last few weeks have been challenging and full of emotions, to say the very least. Ellie had to spend a few nights at the vet and she then came home. Ellie's improvement has been amazing and we certainly would not be where we are today without Dr Shona and Southern Cross vet. The love, care and support from everyone at the vet is something that I haven't seen in any other practice before. A big thank you to Dr Nel as well, who kept us up to date with how Ellie was doing throughout the nights when she was in hospital and for all her love and patience.
