I was absolutely in love with all of my wedding bouquets! They came out exactly how I envisioned them! Southern Blooms was able to take an existing bouquet and customize it with the colors and flowers I wanted and even send me a photo proof to approve. I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous about ordering from this company due to some negative reviews I had read at first, but everything negative you read in past reviews, I promise they have changed. They went through some growing pains at first with being a new company and having more orders than they could handle, but they have definitely improved this year!! Southern Blooms Co. have been amazing!! They have grown tremendously over the last year, and though they have experienced some growing pains, I was very impressed with the process start to finish. They work very hard to make hundreds of brides happy; let’s be real that’s not an easy task. Because of their product, I am able to have exactly what I wanted in flowers without the crazy price tag for my wedding!! Ive only had good experiences witht company this far. I've ordered a ready to ship bouquet and now I've also ordered 3 semi custom bouquets. I will also be ordering boutineers from here too. The browsing and ordering experience has been wonderful and stress-free. What I will say is that a lot of their lower star reviews that are on here are from when they were a bit short staffed and their business had a huge boom. But several months ago they hired on more people and moved to a huge showroom and everything has gotten sooo much better from what I have seen. I couldn’t be happier that I did a bridal consultation ! I am one of the most indecisive people on this earth and I ordered my bouquet at the end of August . I would see other bouquets that people would share on both of their Facebook pages and would keep second guessing what I ordered. I decided to try a consultation and honestly so glad I did ! Let me start off my saying that this company has grown tremendously!! I ordered in April of this year (2019) and I will say the customer service wasn’t the best and I did have to wait a little longer than their processing time listed. I then reordered in August of this year (2019) with ALL of my wedding flowers. My order has already been assembled and is shipping out a couple of weeks before their posted processing time (9-12 weeks). The customer service is 1000x better than what it was in the past. They are sooo helpful and amazing. If you’re nervous about ordering after reading all of the negative reviews, take it from me, someone who experienced the struggle and the ease, ORDER!!! I placed an order with Southern Blooms Co and i am sooooo in love with my bouquets. They did an amazing job they are great with customers. I changed my colors and style like 3 times and they were very helpful and very understanding. I placed 3 orders and theyre all coming in next week they were all done within the 9 to 15 week time frame. It was actually done at week 12 so im very pleased and impressed. My first bouquet had some broken sunflowers and they sent me replacements that week! ! :-) they sent the bouquet I ordered but when put with my decorations it didn't fit so I ordered and 2nd one that matches my decor.
