I've been working with Southbridge Counseling services for the last year, and this is my first exposure to Dialectic Behavior Therapy. The pros of said counselors is they follow DBT strictly. As with any reasonable review it would not be appropriate if I did not share the cons. The staff is still small. It means a chance of not being able to schedule with a preferred therapist. That said, my personal opinion is that this type of therapy works, for those who are willing to work. I have learned, and am still learning, valuable skills that aid me on my day to day work. If you're reading this review, chances are you're willing to at least start the process, and you can be assured there is no judgement of needing help to learn how to lead a life worth living.
