Arranged appointments twice . First time came an hour early HENCE was in .Just missed by 3 mins but they wouldn't return .
2nd time they didn't bother turning up and no explanation given .

Hi Karen, Apologies you feel this way, we did attend your property both times, the first being you had an appointment that hadn't been mentioned to us and you returned home over an hour after my employees had attended your home which due to other work commitments we were unable to return to your home. On the 2nd visit I, myself attended your property and nobody answered the door, we refused to return after the way you spoke to my staff via email. I hope you have luck finding an alternative cleaning company. Thankyou

We ourselves looked into hiring a cleaner and found the prices being charged did not cater to the average working people or vulnerable people with specific needs
