I offer personal counselling, either face to face or via Skype or FaceTime. I am based in Billericay or can travel to you if you want or need a home visit. My training allows me to use different counselling tools which are discussed at the first session with my client and they can choose the counselling style which suits them best.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that the thing I love doing most brings me into contact with people from all walks of life, all with the same goal of understanding what is going on for them, and allowing me to be part of that journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business to give me the opportunity to do two of the things I love most in life which are my job and meeting new people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an empathetic, open and approachable person, whose passion is counselling. I trained as an integrative counsellor which has taught me different counselling methods, allowing myself and my client to discuss and choose the method or methods that my client feels will assist them best on their counselling journey.
